2. Image Processing & Local AI VisionFlow AI is built on a foundation of user privacy. Our core features—including Body Tuning, Memory Restoration, Professional ID generation, Marketing Optimization, Creative Avatars, Social Utility, and Digital Rescue—utilize edge-based, offline artificial intelligence models.
- All image processing happens locally on your physical device.
- We do not upload, collect, store, or share your personal photographs or generated images on remote servers. Your photos remain entirely on your device.
3. Data We Collect Because we do not process images in the cloud, our data collection is strictly limited to supporting core app functionality and monetization across both platforms:
- Financial and Purchase Information: We use Google Play In-App Billing (for Android users) and Apple App Store In-App Purchases (for iOS users) to manage your credit balance and subscription status. We collect your purchase history to ensure your account is accurately credited. This transaction data is securely processed and encrypted directly by Google or Apple, depending on your device.
- App Performance Data: We may collect anonymous crash logs and diagnostic data to identify bugs and improve the application’s stability across different operating systems. This data contains no personally identifiable information or personal media.
4. How We Use Your Data We use the collected purchase history exclusively to manage your account balance, provide customer support, and fulfill the services you have purchased. We do not sell your data or share it with third-party advertisers.
5. Account and Data Deletion You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and associated purchase history at any time.
- In-App Deletion: You can request immediate deletion directly within the VisionFlow AI app by navigating to the Settings menu and selecting “Delete Account.”
- Web Deletion: Alternatively, you may initiate a data deletion request by sending an email to info@kcodecrafters.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include the email address associated with your Apple App Store or Google Play purchases.
- Important Note: Deleting your account will permanently erase your purchase history and forfeit any remaining unused credits. Note for iOS and Android users: Deleting your account within the app does not automatically cancel any active, auto-renewing subscriptions. You must manage and cancel active subscriptions directly through your device’s Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
6. Children’s Privacy VisionFlow AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.
